In-Stock Items: Processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Times Once your order is crafted and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
USA & Canada: 8–15 business days
Europe (EU): 7–15 business days
Rest of the World: If your region is not listed above, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will gladly confirm inventory availability, shipping methods, and estimated transit times for your specific location. (Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, local holidays, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.)

3. Seamless Delivery: Duties & Taxes Included We strive to provide a frictionless shopping experience. For orders shipping to North America and the EU, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT) are entirely covered by us and integrated into your final checkout amount. Your bespoke piece will be delivered directly to your door without any unexpected charges or administrative delays from your local customs office.
4. Order Tracking Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website.
5. Product Variations & Returns
We maintain strict quality standards across all products. Minor variations in texture, tone, or color may naturally occur due to material characteristics and production processes. These are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.
If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If a return is needed due to a product issue, we will review it with our team to confirm eligibility and provide the nearest return address to make the process as easy as possible.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Lost/Damaged: If your package arrives damaged or is presumed lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with our logistics partner. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Delays: While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, the seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by international customs clearance processes or local postal services.
