How long will it take to receive my handcrafted bag?

For in-stock items, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. For made-to-order pieces, the crafting process takes 7 business days. Once shipped, delivery to the USA, Canada, and EU typically takes 7–15 business days. We believe true craftsmanship is worth the wait.

Will I be charged any additional customs duties or taxes?

No. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we ship to North America (USA & Canada) and the European Union (EU) on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable import duties and local taxes (including VAT) are included in your final checkout total. You will not face any unexpected charges or administrative delays upon delivery.If your region is not listed, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We would be happy to check shipping rates, taxes, and inventory availability for your area.

Why does my bag look slightly different from the website photos?

This may be due to lighting conditions during photography, differences in screen display settings, and the natural characteristics of materials. As a result, slight variations in color or texture may occur between the product images and the actual item. These differences are normal and do not affect the quality or appearance of the product.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated duties. How can I track the progress of my order?

Once your piece is finished and dispatched from our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the logistics carrier to update the tracking information on their portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal.

You can also pay with credit or debit cards through PayPal without creating a PayPal account. Simply select PayPal at checkout, and then choose the option to pay with a card. No PayPal login is required.
