Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made on meetverdant.com.
1. Return Window Customers must inspect their packages within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept any claims or return requests after this 14-day period.
2. How to Request a Return To start a return, the customer must send an email to verdantofficial@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving the item. The email must include:
Full Name
Order Number
Order Date
Item Name and Color
3. Item Condition & Packaging Fees Customers must return items brand new and completely unused. The original packaging box must remain intact.
If a customer returns an item without its original packaging, Verdant will either reject the return or deduct a €10 EUR / $10 USD repackaging fee from the final refund.
4. The Nature of Handmade Items Artisans craft all our products by hand. This makes every piece highly unique. Slight variations in color, fabric, natural fiber, or small wood splinters are natural features of the materials. We do not consider these natural variations as defects.
Alternative Suggestion: If you wish to part with your bag due to personal preference, we highly recommend reselling it on secondhand platforms like eBay, as our handmade pieces retain great value.
5. Return Shipping Costs The customer must pay all return shipping costs, duties, and local taxes. Verdant will only cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or if we sent the wrong product.
6. Tracking & Proof of Postage We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer must keep the proof of postage and the parcel tracking number. Verdant cannot issue any refund if a returned package gets lost in transit and the customer has no proof of postage.
7. Inspection & Rejected Returns Verdant will carefully inspect all returned items upon arrival. We will not accept the return if the item shows clear signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
If Verdant rejects a return, Verdant will ship the product back to the customer at our own expense. In this case, the customer has no right to claim any compensation or refund.
8. Refunds Verdant will process refunds within 15 days after the returned item successfully arrives at our warehouse. We process all refunds subject to compliance with this policy.
Discounted Orders: For items purchased with a discount or promotion, Verdant will refund the actual amount the customer paid, not the original listing price.
